Born in the same town as Nike, the Branford Brothers grew up in Track Town USA. In Track Town, everyone doesnt just work out, most work out to be an Athlete. The same was true for Derrick and Jordan. As was tradition within the family, all kids start their athletic career at Hayward Field, home of the Legendary Steve Prefontaine and the University of Oregon. As soon as the kids are able to run and jump, they are entered into the Local All Comers Meet where they learn competition, and defeat. Some kids dont have a problem with losing, but the Branfords were not those kids. The Fire Was Lit.

Derrick Branford

Fitness is the vehicle of life lessons which Derrick has chosen to master and teach others who want to discover what they are capable of. People who want to take advantage of the gift of life. The gift of being able to become anything you would like through consistently working hard. The harder you work, the better the result. Its a simple formula that sometimes just takes a little guidance and coaching. Derrick is that coach.

Jordan Branford

Jordans experience over the last 15 years transcends all age categories and fitness levels. From training toddlers to tumble, to Plyometric training with World Class track athletes, to helping the elderly rehabilitate after hip surgery.
Jordan has personally been involved in athletics for over 25 years and has always had a deep passion for basketball.
